This event is important for the neighborhood, as it encourages good relationships among our
neighbors and aids in crime prevention. This affordable housing complex was the first new housing construction in the East End in over 35 years, when it was built in 1995. AAMA-CDC was responsible for bringing this deal to fruition and we are the Managing Partner. Pictured below is the CDC staff arranging a great night out for our residents
