AAMA-CDC acquired Valley Center in Edinburg, Texas, in 2000. The former commercial office building was adapted for a social service agency under a long-term lease.
The facility supported the delivery of prevention and recovery programs and youth outreach services to communities in the Rio Grande Valley.
The original facility included space for temporary residence, large meeting rooms, adjoining offices, and parking.
