Concord at Allendale was developed as a joint venture between AAMA-CDC and Trammel Crow Residential. The development included one- and two-bedroom apartments with rents designed to be within reach of families at the 60% income limit.
The original development used tax-exempt bonds for permanent financing. Its ribbon cutting took place on December 17, 2003.
Opening the doors
In March 2004, the property welcomed visitors for a Texas Association community development tour.
